Time: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The University Drive meeting will be held in building 1 in room AE-123. Heinz will be held in Heinz Learning Exchange in room #1C153 Bldg. 71.
The annual meeting is a credit union tradition – one you likely won’t experience at a stock-held financial institution. Other financial institutions restrict attendance at their annual meetings to their executives, board members, ant stock holders. But because your credit union is a financial cooperative, attending the annual meeting is one of your rights as a member owner. We hope to see you there.
One of the purposes of the Annual Meeting is to elect members to the Board of Directors. Those
desiring to be placed on the ballot must submit their intentions in writing to the Nominating
Committee by February 2, 2017. You must be 18 years or older and in good standing with the credit union to serve on the Board of Directors.
